Harold G. Cohen

Partner, Corporate Department, Banking and Financial Services Group, Bankruptcy Group and Litigation Department; Resident Partner (Cherry Hill Office): Mr. Cohen is an active litigator in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts and often counsels clients entering business transactions including loans, mergers and acquisitions, and capital transactions, or seeking advice with respect to day-to-day operations, with an appreciation for how situations unwind when relationships sour.
Additionally: A significant component of his practice involves all aspects of troubled loan negotiations and resolution, including preliminary business and legal evaluations, strategy formulation and implementation, forbearance negotiations, collection and litigation strategy as well as the representation of secured and unsecured lenders in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts.

Gino J. Benedetti
Areas of Focus:
Co-Chair, Labor and Employment Law Group; Partner, Middle Market/Emerging Company Group and Litigation Department. Mr. Benedetti has 17 years of experience handling a myriad of employment issues and complex commercial litigation matters for employers of varying sizes, and high level business executives and professionals. In the course of his practice, he advises clients on how to prevent or minimize the risk of litigation and conducts internal investigations for possible wrongdoing. Mr. Benedetti is an active trial lawyer who has defended many clients in litigation from inception through the trial and appellate courts, and government agencies throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Benedetti frequently speaks on discovery and trial tactics issues in employment and commercial civil cases and has published several articles.

Eric B. Meyer
Areas of Focus:
Associate, Labor & Employment Group and Litigation Department. Mr. Meyer dedicates his practice to litigating and providing counsel to employers throughout the mid-Atlantic region on labor and employment issues affecting the workplace including collective bargaining, discrimination, employee handbook policies, enforcement of restrictive covenants, and trade secret protection. Mr. Meyer frequently also trains both management and their employees on workplace harassment issues.
Among his other accomplishments, Mr. Meyer was recognized by the Legal Talk Network and Law.com in the field of electronic discovery. Mr. Meyer often lectures on the topic of electronic discovery and records retention.
